4th gen 4runner 4lo light flashing

I took it to the dealer and the code the computer gave was P0705. I just had the actuator motor replaced on my 2008 4Runner. Shift into drive. Works like a charm now. I have a 4th Gen 2003, 8CYL, SR5. Dims 50-80% of Light, in Minimal Packaging. If it does not you have a timing issue. Is my issues the same as OP's or am I mistaken?
